Today, the Company agreed that the past practice of receiving the first minute into 15-minutes as OT and then minute to minute after that will be awarded on the back end of a shift. This is not simply for Operations, but for everyone who comes out or stays on an OT shift. All those who have suffered a monetary loss because of corporate HR’s original interpretation of what was negotiated will be made whole. The Company asks us to please be patient while the software and system are fixed to reflect the current OT understanding. Please look for the Company letter regarding this issue, with examples, on your Union bulletin boards.
